These Terms & conditions are applicable for Product.
Terms & Conditions:
1)
All demand drafts to be drawn in the favour of "KBC Pvt. Ltd." Payable at Hubli.
2)
Rs.125/- will be charged for the direct door deliverance and packing of the product (i.e. through professional courier). So kindly avail the proper address, pin code no, any contact number on the form for the convenient delivery of kit on time.
3)
Amount paid towards purchase of the product among the various product/services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
4)
If any product is found damage/spoiled. Kindly report within 48 hours to KBC office or your up-line in charge. No claim will be considered thereafter.
5)
Products will be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks only after receiving full payment towards purchase of the product at the Company's office.
6)
All product prices are inclusive of all Taxes.
7)
The products prices are inclusive of incentives.
8)
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
9)
The Company shall have the right to make any amendments if necessary at any time and the Business Associates shall abide by such changes.
10)
All product booking amount should be strictly paid by Pay-order/Demand draft only.
11)
Under any circumstances no cash payment should be made at any Business Point or to any Business Associates. In case if any payment done then the Company will not be liable for any such complaints.
